The line leaves the fourth floor, drops down the face of the building, and turns at the curb. From here it is a duct in the ground like any other, under the pavement, along the block, past buildings that have nothing to do with any of this.
The line turns at the corner and keeps going, block after block, across the city. The crew is not downstairs and never was. This is the part of the claim that usually gets waved at, so it is drawn instead.
The field filesstraight in.
A project manager stands in front of the work with a phone up. The photograph is a record: what was poured, what was lifted, what the site looked like on the day, and it lands in the same platform the office is already looking at, from where it was taken. Nobody carries it back.
A driver fills out the report at the tailgate, before climbing back into the cab. No ticket left on a dashboard, no folder behind a seat, and nobody re-keying a stack of paper at six o'clock. It is in the system before the truck pulls off the site.

How does support work.
Ongoing care is a flat monthly rate: monitoring, updates, routine office IT and verified nightly backups, on weekdays. Anything outside that is agreed in writing first.
