Custom software and infrastructure

Custom software,real infrastructure,built to last

A New York studio building systems that outlast the businesses they run.

02 / 11Who it is for

For the operationsspreadsheets can't hold.

We work with operationally heavy businesses. Construction, trades, and field driven companies running real crews, real fleets, and real deadlines, where the work has outgrown spreadsheets, paper files, and a dozen disconnected apps. If renewals slip through the cracks, documents live in email, and nobody has one place to see the whole operation, that is exactly what we fix.

01Crews and field teams that have grown past what a spreadsheet can track.
02Vehicles, equipment, permits, and certifications with real deadlines.
03Regulated or public work where compliance is not optional.
Down to street level

Every platform sounds the same in the abstract. The question that separates them is where it actually runs, and this one runs on the fourth floor of a building in Queens — a room with a desk in it and a rack on the wall. The hardware has a serial number, a power draw, and a spot on the floor you could stand on. That is the whole difference between software you rent and a system you own.

03 / 11What we do

Three things, doneproperly.

The problem, exactly

Seven tools that do not talk to each other, a laptop, a stack of paper, and a folder that will not open. This is the day we are hired to end.

04 / 11Selected work

Seven tools,one platform.

A New York construction company was running its entire operation across spreadsheets, paper, and a stack of disconnected apps. We replaced all of it with one platform they own.

All of it self hosted, owned by them, and built to run for a decade.

Mapped, built, andrun.

Map

We learn how your operation actually runs before we build anything.

Build

Custom software and infrastructure assembled around your real workflow.

Run

Ongoing monitoring, security, and support that keeps it all alive.

07 / 11What you keep

You own all of it.

Five desks, one rack on the wall, and a run to each of them — that is the whole office, and it runs on a box you own. Most IT vendors keep you dependent on them. We do the opposite.

01

Permanent license

A permanent license to everything we build, vesting on full payment. The software is yours to keep.

02

Your data, exported

Full ownership of your data, on hardware you control — exported in full, on request, if we ever part ways.

03

Source escrow

Source code escrow is available, so you are never stranded, no matter what happens to us.

04

No lock-in

No platform lock-in, no held data, no vendor you cannot leave.

We earn the relationship by being worth keeping, not by trapping you.

08 / 11Security model

Closed bydefault.

Your systems run self-hosted, with nothing exposed to the public internet — reached over an encrypted outbound tunnel and backed up in layers.

01

Self-hosted

Everything runs on hardware you own and control, not a rented black box.

02

Zero open inbound ports

Nothing is exposed to the public internet, so there is no front door to attack.

03

Encrypted tunnel

We reach your systems over an outbound, encrypted connection — access without exposure.

04

Layered backups

A 3·2·1·1·0 strategy: multiple copies, offsite and offline, tested for recovery.

Out of the building

The line leaves the fourth floor, drops the west face, and turns east at the kerb. From here it is a duct in the ground like any other — under the pavement, along the block, past the buildings that have nothing to do with any of this.

Across town

Two blocks east it turns south at the junction and keeps going. The crew is not downstairs and never was. This is the part of the claim that usually gets waved at, so it is drawn instead.

09 / 11From the field

The field filesstraight in.

A project manager stands in front of the work with a phone up. The photograph is a record — what was poured, what was lifted, what the site looked like on the day — and it lands in the same platform the office is already looking at, from where it was taken. Nobody carries it back.

A driver fills out the report at the tailgate, before climbing back into the cab. No ticket left on a dashboard, no folder behind a seat, and nobody re-keying a stack of paper at six o'clock. It is in the system before the truck pulls off the site.

10 / 11Common questions

Straight answers.

Do we actually own what you build.

Yes. You get a permanent license to your software and full ownership of your data.

What if we outgrow it.

It is built to grow with you. We extend the system as your operation changes, and you are never boxed in.

What happens if we stop working together.

You keep your software and we hand over all of your data. Source escrow covers you even in the worst case.

How does support work.

We monitor and maintain everything remotely, handle issues as they come up, and keep your systems patched and secure.

Is our data safe.

Your systems run self hosted with nothing exposed to the public internet, reached over an encrypted tunnel, and backed up in layers.

Do you work with the tools we already use.

Yes. We build around your real workflow and connect to what already works instead of forcing you onto generic software.

11 / 11Get in touch
One system

The building, the one line leaving it, and the site that line reaches. A rack the size of a microwave on a fourth-floor wall in Queens, running the desks upstairs and the crew across town. There is nothing else in the picture because there is nothing else in the system.

Build somethingthat lasts.

Software you own, on infrastructure you control — built to run for a decade. New projects start with a conversation.
