Every folder for every company in one place, with versions, approvals and Windows access. Drawings, daily logs, RFIs, submittals, changes and closeout stay with the job. Google Drive and Microsoft 365 mail connect to the record.
Field
Phone screens in English and Spanish that work in the browser and install like an app. The job, the signature, the filed ticket. Daily logs, time sheets, inspections and extra work signed on site. Records and photos queue through lost signal.
Containers and collections
Request, dispatch, record, confirm, collect. Tickets, scale slips, tonnage and manifests. Aging, statements and chase letters for what is late and who to call. Your books stay where they are. QuickBooks is never written to.
People and compliance
Every employee with OSHA and SST cards, licenses and certifications that alert before they expire. New hires onboard on a phone, in English or Spanish. Vendor certificates alert at 90, 60 and 30 days.
Permits and paperwork
City permits synced from the city nightly. DEC, BIC, DOT, HUT, IFTA, Form 2290, MWBE and insurance renewals on one calendar. Sign in sheets, T&M, proposals, requisitions, change orders and lien waivers filled from your records, on letterhead.

Two weeks on site to bring over your records and folders, train your staff and leave written guides. Each phase is accepted by you, and payment follows acceptance. Old tools keep running beside the new ones until they are retired.

Groundwork runs in your office, with a backup copy at a second location you control. You own your data and your hardware.
A permanent license
PRIMARIS owns the software. Once paid in full you keep a permanent license, even if PRIMARIS stops providing support.
No rent, no per user fees
One platform price, part at signing, the rest as phases are accepted. Ongoing care is included during the installments, then a flat monthly rate: monitoring, updates, routine office IT and verified nightly backups, on weekdays. Other work is agreed in writing first.
Hardware quoted separately
Office server, battery backup, network and refurbished PCs with the PRIMARIS Windows build, itemized, with a five year server and drive warranty. The AI box is quoted before the last phase.
