PRIMARIS started inside one real operation, a New York construction company running three companies on spreadsheets, paper, and a stack of disconnected apps. The platform was built from inside that office, by someone who works the problem every day. That is the whole argument. An outside software firm does not start out knowing how the work actually runs. Software built around the actual work does.
